About our President, Kevin Beck
Kevin is a third generation home builder with over thirty years in the business. Kevin was one of the first contractors in the San Francisco bay area to be recognized as a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP). He is a Certified Remodeler (CR), a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR), and a Certified Energy Plans Examiner (CEPE). He is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and an active member of Build It Green, RESNET, CABEC, and BPI..
Kevin cares deeply about comfortable, healthy and energy efficient residential home construction and remodeling. Today Kevin spends most of his time testing, educating and training homeowners and fellow contractors on the benefits and importance of green building and home performance. With these tools homes can be a part of the solution rather than part of the problem as we try to deal with Global Warming, Peak Oil, Carbon Neutrality, and our dependence on fossil fuels.
